Services Provided
Port Salerno Concrete Master provides professional concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, and commercial concrete work. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and project scope.
Estimates and quotes provided are based on information available at the time and may be subject to change based on site conditions, materials costs, or unforeseen circumstances. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property and project requirements. You must ensure that we have legal access to the work site and that any necessary permits or approvals have been obtained unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers must inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other obstacles that may affect the project. Failure to disclose this information may result in additional costs or project delays.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit card. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your agreement.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and may vary based on the type of work performed. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials but do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
Port Salerno Concrete Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Florida law.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has already begun. We will work with you to reschedule projects when possible, but weather delays and other factors may affect timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
